Tonight while I was wasting time on Facebook, I suddenly started to notice all these posts about things people are thankful for, and I realized that somehow all of a sudden it’s NOVEMBER.
I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know, but man, time flies.
For the past several Novembers, I’ve attempted to blog daily as part of National Blog Posting Month, otherwise known as NaBloPoMo. I’m realistic enough to know there is absolutely no way I’ll be able to do that this year- in fact, I’ve only successfully completed it once- so I’m not committing to it.
I do, however, want to find time to post some of the things I’m thankful for, even if it doesn’t happen every day this month.
First up: giant pumpkin heads and a husband who loves to be silly and entertain people, most of all his own wife and baby, and who never gets embarrassed.
This plastic pumpkin started out as an outdoor decoration. A bike helmet and a few straps later, it became a makeshift hat/mask that made a tall man even taller. It attracted a lot of attention on Mass Street during the downtown trick-or-treating last night.
